What comes with my Wedding Package?

In addition to the photographs, albums and frames listed, all Standard Wedding Packages include Engagement and Bridal Portrait Sessions, two photographs for announcements and the use of the Studio's Brass Easel to display your Bridal Portrait during the Wedding Reception - all at no extra charge.

When should I have my Bridal Portrait taken?

To ensure that your framed Bridal Portrait is available for your wedding reception it's best to take the photographs at least two to four weeks before your wedding.

When should I order my Invitations?

Order your invitations, other wedding stationery, decorating items and wedding accessories two to three months before your wedding.

How many and what kind of photographs do you take during the wedding?

Most weddings require 90-120 photographs to cover everything from the Bride and Groom getting ready to their limousine driving away, but that is usually the minimum number. We take all standard wedding photographs (such as The Kiss, Portraits taken after the wedding and informal photographs during the Reception) and try to accommodate any special requests from Guests or the Wedding Party.

How long do you stay?

Most of our clients prefer to have as many photographs taken before the wedding as possible, so we usually arrive one to one-and-a-half hours before the ceremony and stay until the couple drives off - up to six hours' coverage is included with every Wedding Package.

Do you offer Custom Packages?

Certainly! Some substitutions may cost slightly more, but most Albums can be combined or added to, the sizes of your Individual Portraits may be changed, you may select a different Album or Frame style or order extras of anything for gifts.  Even additional CD Proof Albums may be purchased before or after the wedding.

Do you permit other photographers at the wedding?

We have no problem at all with amateur photographers taking snapshots - we only ask that they not interfere with us while we are working or stand behind us taking photographs of poses that we design.

How long do we have to order our photographs? Can we order more later?

Although it's best to order as soon as everyone's selections have been made, you may place an order without any additional charge up to one year after your Wedding date. We also ask that you return your proofs to us within 10 days if you haven't purchased them.  Baring any unforeseen problems you may order additional prints at any date in the future for an extra charge.

How much is the deposit on my Wedding Package?

Your deposit of $250 will hold the date of your wedding.
The balance may be paid at any time, but at least two weeks before your wedding.
